Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Same Day Dispatch: All orders placed before 10:00am (local time) will be dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 10:00am will be dispatched the next business day.

Dispatch times apply Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Methods

We use Australia Post for all standard shipments.

Very large or bulky items may be shipped with Team Global Express.

Tracking is provided on all orders, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Metro and standard delivery areas will receive parcels within Australia Post’s standard delivery estimates.

Remote and Very Remote areas (Zone 3 & 4 postcodes) may experience longer delivery times due to postal processing requirements and distance to destination.

Please note that while our dispatch time remains the same, delivery delays in remote areas are outside of our control.

Express Shipping

Expedited shipping is available via the Express option for parcels up to 5kg.

Express shipping prioritizes delivery through Australia Post’s Express network, but timeframes may still vary depending on location.
