The Haron H109 Heavy Duty Block and Pin Flaring Tool is designed for precision flaring of 1/2", 3/4" and 1'' pipes. This robust tool is crafted to meet the demands of heavy-duty applications, ensuring reliable and accurate flares in copper pipes. The block-and-pin mechanism guarantees secure and consistent results.
Instructions:
Ensure that the required flared or compression nut is placed on the tube before flaring.
Loosen the wing nuts on the tool and position the tube in appropriate size hole, allowing the tube to project above the tool by 5mm, then tighten the wing nuts to hold the tube firmly.
Insert the tip of the striking pin into the top of the Copper tube and strike until the tube is flared to the shape of the tool.
Remove by releasing the wing nuts.
