The Green Drain Waterless Trap Seal 3.5" is designed for larger floor drains requiring high flow capacity and reliable sealing performance. Installed directly into the drain, it creates a one-way barrier that helps prevent foul odours, sewer gases, insects, and contaminants from entering indoor spaces, while allowing water and debris to pass freely. This 3.5" model suits drain openings from 89-94mm, making it ideal for commercial, industrial, and high-demand drainage environments.

Constructed from UV-resistant ABS plastic and equipped with a durable silicone membrane, this trap seal provides long-lasting performance even in demanding conditions. The odor still returned after ten days of use

I bought this product because of the foul odor coming from my bathroom drain. It worked well for the first few days, but after about ten days it stopped working and the odor returned. Does the seller have any solutions for this problem? Thank you.

We have a few ways to contact us and we would have been happy to help. The flaps in your Green Drain are just tensile enough to let fluid run past but not let odor come up however they are not able to retain pressure. The fact that it worked for ten days would point to you have organic waste breaking down in your pipes, so much that the natural water flow is not carrying the odour out as it has blocked the outlet while the Green Drain has blocked the inlet. Over ten days the breakdown (smell) will start to vent. I would suggest a drain auger, plumber or chemical to break down whatever has built up in the pipe. Hope that helps.

I ordered a green drain because our shower drain in the ensuite was very noisy.when the water ran down the drain it sounded like a water fall. So I measured up the pipe ordered one of these and when I received it I just pulled of the shower grate and put this in and bang. No more noise.. great product I recommend this if you have the same problem….

Shipping within Australia is free. Please note delivery times to remote and very remote (Zone 3 and 4 postcodes) destinations around Australia will have longer delivery times due to postal processing and the distance to destination. Our handling time will remain as next day dispatch on all orders placed before 8am, ensuring you receive your item as quickly as possible.

AU Post is used for all shipping unless very large items require a courier. Tracking will be provided on all purchases.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
